Kodiak Insurance Company has made a corporate commitment to provide prompt claim service to our insureds and agents. We will establish and maintain service programs that will be a symbol of Kodiak Insurance Company's concern for the public good. Claims service rendered to our insureds must be prompt.

Our established goals are:

  1. To contact claimants within 24 hours of notice on all claims requiring investigation and/or appraisal;
  2. To make all payments no later than the second business day following receipt of necessary documents or after agreeing to settlement.

We believe we can meet these goals barring unusual circumstances. Should we fail to do so, please notify us.

Our agents assist us in providing prompt service by:
  1. Encouraging policyholders to report by telephone any losses or accidents involving substantial damage or bodily injury;
  2. Reporting all such accidents or losses by e-mail, fax or telephone via the ACORD numbered caption form for reference.
