12/31/2008 - The state of Georgia issued Kodiak a certificate of authority on October 29, 2008 and their department of insurance has recently approved the rate and policy form filings. We will begin issuing policies under the Kodiak name in the state of Georgia effective 1-1-2009. Kodiak is now fully operational in the eight states formerly serviced by American Resources: Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
